The mattress flange machine has double needles and five threads. This mattress flange machine provides an overlock stitch and a safety stitch. The overlock stitch is right at the edge of the quilted panel and the safety stitch is about 20 mm from the edge.

The mattress flange machine attaches a non-woven fabric strip to the quilted panel which can be used to attach the same to the spring unit. It trims the corners of the quilted panel very accurately. Panels are easily moved into the mattress flange machine’s folder, reducing operator fatigue, thereby increasing the quality and productivity of the finished product.
